• Unpacking Video Requirement: To be eligible for a damage-related refund or replacement, you must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unpacking video. This video must show the original sealed package being opened and clearly display the damage to the product. Claims submitted without a valid unpacking video will not be accepted.
